WIX

The structure of this website is based on WIX.com. Wix.com is a platform based on the Cloud principle for creating websites. WIX.com uses so-called tracking technologies such as Cookies Beacons, Pixel, Tags and Skripts to continually maintain, provide and optimise the services and to improve the user-friendliness of this website. In that respect, Wix.com Ltd collects two types of data that Users provide voluntarily or which can be collected automatically by way of the use of services:

1. Non-personal data:

Based on non-personal data, WIX cannot establish the visitor or User providing such data. The non-personal data collected by WIX is largely made up of technical and collected use information such as the browsing and clickstream activities of visitors and Users in respect of the services, session heatmaps and scrolls, non-identifiable data in respect of the device, operating system, internet browser, monitor resolution, language and keyboard settings, internet supplier, requesting/exit pages, data/time stamp etc. of the User or visitor.

 2. Personal data

Personal data refer to individual, identifiable, data, i.e. that identify a person or that facilitate a person by way of reasonable effort. The personal data collected by WIX.com is largely made up of contact data (for example e-mail address or telephone number), data regarding a browser or use session (IP address, geographic location and/or a unique ID of the terminal) or if Users register for the services, if they log-in via third party providers such as Facebook or Google for the services on this website. Such data are therefore made available to WIX.com by visitors and/or Users by way of their access to and/or use of the services.

The information created by way of the tracking technologies about personal data of Users of Wix may be administered, processed and stored by Wix and its authorised, affiliated, companies and service providers in the USA, in Europe (including Lithuania, Germany and Ukraine), in Israel and in other sovereign territories if this necessary for the proper rendering of the services and/or is requested by the legislator.

Wix.com Ltd has its registered office in Israel, which is considered by the European Commission as a country that provides appropriate protection for personal data of citizens from EU Member States.

Affiliated companies and service providers of Wix that store or process your personal data in the name of Wix undertake by way of a contract to protect such data by way of compliance with industry standards irrespective of whether or not less stringent legal requirements apply in their legal systems.

By using the "Located - Store Locator App”, created by Mira Labs, the corresponding supplier is also

granted permission, by way of complying with the Wix App Markets – Partner Program Agreement, to share and/or gain access to certain, non-personal and personal data, of us and/or our Users via use of the “WixHive” API. Such data include contact data, notices, commercial applications and certain activities in respect of services and/or user website that are stored and thereafter are accessible via your user account.

In that respect WIX.com complies with the data storage requirements that it applies to stored data. If the storage of the personal data is no longer required, such data shall be reliably deleted.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called Cookies, text files that are stored on Users’ terminals and which facilitate an analysis of how they use the website. The information created by the Cookie about the use this website by the Users is normally transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, in the event of activating the IP address rendered anonymous on this website, Google shortens Users’ IP addresses beforehand among member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address is only forwarded to a Google server in the USA and stored there in exceptional cases. Rendering IP addresses anonymous is activated on this website.

By order of LIV-T GmbH, Google shall use this information to evaluate the use of the website by the Users, to put together reports on the website activities and to render additional services for us as the website operator associated with the website and internet use. The IP address forwarded as part of Google Analytics from your browser shall not be grouped together with other data from Google. Article 6(1), f) GDPR or Section 15(3) TMG form the legal basis for the data processing. Our justified interest arises from the aforementioned purposes.

You can prevent the storage of the Cookies by way of a corresponding setting in your browser software. Furthermore, you can prevent the recording of the data created by the Cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and forwarding to Google as well as the processing of such data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in via the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de. As an alternative to the browser Add-On or within browsers on mobile devices, please click on this link to prevent the recording by Google Analytics within this website in the future. In that respect, an Opt-Out Cookie will be placed on your device. Please note that the Opt-Out Cookie only works in the browser in which it was placed. You will need to click on this link again even if you delete your Cookies.
